Rahne Sharon incarnated here on Turtle Island East of the Mississippi Nile in the 'Land of Flowers'. Goddess of Aboriginal Copper Colored Tribes, she attributes her spiritual awareness and connection with Mother Earth to her mother, Elizabeth Johnson, who is of Cherokee and Creek heritage. Miss Sharon inherited her vocal gifts from her father, George Johnson, who was a highly celebrated Vocalist with the United States Air Force Band throughout Southeast Asia. She also credits her father as her first vocal mentor and musical inspiration.
Her musical abilities landed her an opportunity to co-write with Grammy Nominated and Juno Award Winner, Eddie Bullen. The release of her 1st CD with Acid Jazz band Achanti (produced by Eddie Bullen at Thunder Dome Sounds Studio) lead to performances at the NXNE Music Festival and the JVC Acid Jazz Festival in Toronto, as well as sharing the stage with Roy Ayers and The Roots.
The Goddess is currently writing and creating new music so please stay tuned!
