JAZZ / R&B VOCAL & RECORDING ARTIST

Blend a soulful synthesis of Jazz, R&B and Neo Soul and you get the vocal stylings of RAHNE Sharon! You’ll enjoy her playful interaction with the crowd as she uses her vocal artistry to take you on a musical journey filled with high vibrations and the perfect amount of soulful grooves to satisfy the Grown & Sexy!  Susan J. Young at TRAVEL AGENT CENTRAL MAGAZINE raves, “But hands-down, our vote for the “best of the best” entertainment was (Rahne) ... She brought dynamite, strong vocals, perfect costuming and a “can’t stop watching” stage presence that got people moving.”

A self-proclaimed Goddess, Rahne Sharon incarnated here on Turtle Island in the beautiful ‘Land of Flowers’ (Florida). She attributes her spiritual intuitiveness and connection with Mother Gaia to her mother, Elizabeth Johnson, who is of Cherokee and Creek heritage. Ms Sharon inherited her vocal gifts from her father, George Johnson, who was a highly celebrated Vocalist with the United States Air Force Band at Clark Air Base, Philippines and throughout Southeast Asia. She credits her father as her first musical inspiration and vocal coach.

Her musical abilities landed her an opportunity to co-write with Grammy Nominated and Juno Award Winner, Eddie Bullen. The release of her 1st CD with Acid Jazz band Achanti (produced by Eddie Bullen at Thunder Dome Sounds Studio) lead to performances at the NXNE Music Festival and the JVC Acid Jazz Festival in Toronto, as well as sharing the stage with Roy Ayers and The Roots.

Rahne recently returned from living and performing in Bangkok, Thailand at the internationally famous Lebua Skybar (featured in the movie “The Hangover Part 2”) and the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. Prior to that, she graced the stages of New York City as a Guest Vocal Artist during world renowned New York Fashion Week!

The Goddess is currently writing and creating new music for her upcoming EP so stay tuned for that!

Peace & Blissings :-)
